While working for one of the largest pest control companies in the country and after taking my branch from one of the worst performing in the company to one of the top performers I found myself asking the question “there’s got to be a better way to do this” and usually there is. While in a position where I was coaching other branch managers on how to efficiently run their operations to achieve the results of mine I frequently found myself giving advice and direction that wasn’t the “approved company line” and still achieved the expected, if not better results.

This experience led me to work with a start up pest control company that is now doing over 3 million in revenue after a little over a year of me advising and leading operations. I then acted on the idea to start my own consulting firm that specializes in helping clients with serviced based, retail, route based, and especially pest control businesses grow them into thriving, profitable, and self sustaining enterprises. 

On a professional level I hold pest control licenses in 4 different states and have worked in all climates to combat a wide variety of different pests and pest control issues. I have been in management for over 8 years and have advised branch managers at all different levels on how to make their operations more efficient and profitable. I have worked with some of the top sales reps in the industry to learn how to best manage the delicate balance between your sales and service departments.

As a husband and father I know that drive to always provide the best you can for your family and I want to empower you to be able to do just that no matter what stage your business is at. A business is meant to build and sustain a future for someone and I believe that someone can be anyone with an idea, the ability to listen and do hard things, and the drive to become the best at something.
